Wake up.
Stay up.

The alarm that won't stop until you've moved — then locks the apps that pull you back to bed.

Wake-up missions

Earn the silence.

Maths, a household hunt, a barcode, a walk. Ten missions — seven of them free.

Wake-up missions: maths, walk it off, household hunt, scan a code, shake it, push-ups
Real workouts

Move to turn it off.

The front camera counts push-ups, squats and jumping jacks live, on the device. You can’t fake it from under the duvet.

  • Pose detection runs entirely on your phone
  • Set your own rep target
  • Bad light? It steps down to another mission

Then it locks the scroll.

Choose which apps stay shut after you wake, and for how long. The rest of your phone works normally.

  • You pick the list — the app never decides for you
  • A few minutes, or a couple of hours
  • Or lock the whole phone until you’re properly up

Wake-up check

Crawled back? Caught.

A surprise check a few minutes after you dismiss the alarm. Miss it and the alarm comes straight back.

Alarm sounds

Loud enough to move you.

Gentle birdsong through to an emergency siren — or your own music. It rings at full volume even on silent.

No escape

It always goes off.

Wired into Android’s native alarm system — not a notification with good intentions. And while it rings, it can’t be uninstalled or powered off.

  • Exact alarms, exempt from Doze, no signal needed
  • Re-arms itself after a reboot or an update
  • Rings over the lock screen, even on silent
Prevent power-off and prevent app uninstall, both switched on

Emma Hartley02 Aug 2026
★★★★★ “Personally For Me The Morning Lockout with Pushups and Squats helped me a lot. Right now I do some excercises and I keep my phone blocked for first 2 hours in the morning and it works super well.”
Suresh Ram07 Aug 2026
★★★★★ “The part that changed my mornings isn’t the alarm, it’s the lockout. An hour without Instagram and I actually get out of the house on time.”
Marcus Reed05 Aug 2026
★★★★★ “Survives reboots, rings on silent, and it told me which battery setting on my phone would have stopped it. No other alarm has ever done that.”
Lena Brandt06 Aug 2026
★★★★★ “It has morning lockout which helps me to avoid doom scrolling right after I start the day. Also The Streaks which helps me a lot in order to share and maintain accountability with my friends and family.”

Frequently asked

Can I just uninstall it when it's ringing?

If you switch on the uninstall guard, no — the app registers as a device administrator so it can't be deleted on impulse. It only ever requests the lock policy: it can't wipe your phone, change your password or read anything. You can turn it off in Settings whenever you like.

What if the camera can't see me properly?

Every camera mission has a way out that isn't giving up. If the light is bad or there's nowhere to stand, the alarm steps down to a maths or memory mission instead of trapping you. The goal is to get you up, not to win an argument.

Does it work without internet?

Completely. Alarms are scheduled by Android itself and rep counting runs on the device. Flight mode, no signal, no wifi — it rings and it counts.

Will it survive a restart?

Yes. Alarms re-arm themselves after a reboot and after an app update. The reliability dashboard also flags the one thing no app can check on its own — OEM auto-start permission — and shows you where to switch it on for your phone.

Is there really no account?

None. There's no sign-up screen because there's nothing to sign up to, and no password to lose. Your subscription is tied to your Google Play account, so it follows you to a new phone on its own.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. Android is first because the features that matter most here — ringing over the lock screen, surviving battery optimisation, blocking apps — are things iOS doesn't allow an app to do. We'd rather ship the honest version than a watered-down one.
