Morning Lockout
You beat the alarm, and then the morning goes anyway. Morning Lockout closes the gap between getting up and actually being up.
It starts when the alarm ends
This is the part a separate app blocker cannot do. A blocker starts on a clock time; your alarm ends whenever you actually finish it. After two snoozes those are nowhere near each other — so a scheduled block spends its first stretch guarding a sleeping person and runs out before the window that mattered.
Morning Lockout begins the moment the mission is done. No padding, no gap at the end.

Strict or Hard mode
Hard mode is the default here too, and for a sharper reason: a morning lockout arrives on somebody who has been awake for about a minute. That is exactly the state in which a ten-second hold stops being a deterrent.
